§ 11-2-1. DIRECTING TRAFFIC.

A. The Chief of Police is hereby authorized to direct all traffic by voice, hand, or signal.
B. Officers of the Fire Department, when at the scene of an emergency, may direct or assist the Chief of Police in directing traffic thereat or in the immediate vicinity.
